A place-based and experiential academic semester for year for 10th, 11th and 12th graders from U.S. public and private high schools. Courses offered include Italian, Experiential Italian, Latin, Greek, Applied Agroecology, Local Global Perspectives, Ancient History through Art, English and Math. All students live with local Italian host families and attend classes at School Year Abroad on Via Cavour in Viterbo.
